Stand Up Paddleboarding

Stand Up Paddle Boarding may be new to the shores of the UK but it's one of the oldest forms of travel that has come from the island of Hawaii.

We will teach you how to balance and paddle your board on flat water and hopefully progress on to riding waves. Catching and riding waves, the techniques and how to get the most out of your stand up paddle board.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) in Cornwall is great fun and makes flat days a joy. SUP in Cornwall has really taken off, from wave riding to long distance journeys to cruising the estuaries. The Atlantic facing coastline offers everything you can wish for for a successful SUP lesson and progression
