| When? | Everyday at 9.30am and 1.30pm. Throughout the year, That is how good our wetsuits are! |
| Who? | You do not need to be particularly fit, however you do need to be physically and mentally able to be comfortable in this sort of outdoor environment. |
| What do we need to bring? | Water activities: Something to wear under a wetsuit, swimming attire is best(!), some old trainers (don't worry if you don't have any, we have a selection at the centre), a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. Land activities: Sturdy footwear and inner and outer clothing suitable for changeable weather, including waterproofs. Sense of adventure and fun. |
