| When? | Wednesdays and weekends. Trips run at 10am and 1pm. |
| Who? | Minimum age is 14. A reasonable level of fitness is required, a 20 min walk in, mostly up hill, and walk out after the canyon. You will need to be physically and mentally able to be comfortable in this sort of outdoor environment. |
| What do we need to bring? | Something to wear under a wetsuit, swimming attire is best(!), some old trainers (ideally the ones that lace up), a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. Sense of adventure and fun. |
| Where do we meet? | The canyon is a 20min walk from the first car park on the right on the way up to Castle Campbell. Follow signs from Dollar for Castle Campbell. Please see Google map. |
