You ask... We answer...
When? Wednesdays and weekends. Trips run at 10am.
Who? Minimum age is 18. Maximum group size 8. A reasonable level of fitness is required, a 50 minute walk in, mostly up hill, but this is worth it for the canyon! Offers amazing views and is a unique place so close to the capital of Scotland. You will need to be physically and mentally able to be comfortable in this sort of outdoor environment.
What do we need to bring? Something to wear under a wetsuit, swimming attire is best(!), some old trainers (ideally the ones that lace up), a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. Sense of adventure and fun. 
Where do we meet? We will meet you at the Village of Alva (nr Stirling), see google map.
How much? £ 100 per person

Anything else? Why not do a decent of the Dollar canyon in the morning just 10minutes away, lunch then descend the Alva canyon (£160 based on 4 or more persons)
