Coasteering with Vertical Descents is a combination of wild swimming, rock climbing, caving, and cliff jumping all rolled into an action packed traverse around catherdral caverns and rocky headlands. See only what seals and birds see and experience some of the UK ’s finest views.
Covered head to toe in thermal neoprene suits and specialist coasteering equipment, you will experience the thrill and rush of jumping from the cliffs, swimming through caves, playing in whirlpools and scrambling on the coastline. A fantastic way to explore and experience an untouched part of our stunning coastline. A great activity for all ages and abilities, whatever the weather! It is also the perfect activity when the surf is flat!!

What does this include ?
All Coasteering sessions last up to three hours long and include all specialist equipment and a minium of 2 highly trained, qualified and professional staff.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Swimsuit / Towel / Warm clothes / A pair of trainers you don’t mind wearing in the water. Plus don’t forget the sunblock.
Are there any restrictions?
Height restriction for juniors of 1.2m. Under 16 year olds require a parent or guardian to hand but aren’t requiried to take part. We are AALA Licensed to take juniors on adventourous activities.
Ability to swim is essential. Beginner to intermediate level guided expeditions available to all groups and individuals.
