9.30 am Meet at The Helford Passage
10.00am Basic skills session and off on a exploration tour up stream toward Gweek Seal Sanctuary.
12.30pm Stop for lunch
1.30pm Head back to Helford passage
5.00pm Get Changed and head to the Helford arms for a well deserved refreshment.
