Take a lovely walk down one of Cornwall’s finest estuaries taking in the tranquil nature of the place as you meander down the riverside exploring and seeing the birds and other wildlife that use this extraordinary ecosystem. Be guided through the history of one of the oldest shipyard sites and smuggles ports.
12.30pm
We will take you to a fine golden beach where a barbecue will be prepared and light-relaxing lunch will be served.
2.00pm
After soaking up the sun for a while you will then be guided through one of Vertical Descents best Coasteering sites, where you will experience the thrill and adventure of the ocean and the serenity of the rugged Cliffside. Taking in many of the natural geological formations before throwing yourself off
them….
