White Water Fun Yakking is a unique and exciting way of going down Scotland’s finest rivers. Fun Yaks are two person inflatable, highly manoeuvrability open canoes. With no previous experience necessary we will teach you the skills required to run the rapids. The boats combine the manoeuvrability of a kayak with the stability and safety of a raft. The River Awe is about 20 minutes drive from Oban. This grade 2/3 river is great for children and families. Passing through the estate there are plenty of stunning views and lots of exciting rapids. The trip finishes at a country park where refreshments and beautiful smoked meats and cheeses can be bought.

Please bring with you suitable clothing for the time of year and weather.

There is a height and or age restriction on this activity – Juniors need to be 1.2m+. Under 16 year olds require a parent or guardian to hand but aren’t required to take part. We are AALA Licensed to take juniors on adventurous activities.

Sessions Start – 10 am or 2 pm most days, but bespoke times are available so please check. All bookings must be made in advance. Open all year round.
